Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jannie & Nayah, where your comfort is our priority. We understand that sometimes the perfect sleepwear might not be as dreamy as you hoped. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Returns Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at shop@jannienayah.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs, if applicable.
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Sleepwear that has been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags and packaging.
Personalized or custom-made sleepwear.
Final sale items.
Shipping Costs:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support team at shop@jannienayah.com to request a cancellation.
